Task Workflow Automation
Workflow Tasks can be created and assigned to Case Workflow Templates and sequenced so that completion of a Task will trigger the successor Task to start. The tasks can trigger the necessary notifications or approvals required to automate the process flow and update the Task and appropriate parties involved in the workflow.

Example
Lets say we have we have a Invoice Processing workflow where users would receive invoices via email and they would take the email and merge the contents and attachments into a single PDF, they then need to log the invoice for management approval and await a response. Depending on the response the invoice will need to be re-categorised by the user and sent to either rejections or payment processing where the invoice sender will be contacted and advised further. You can imagine how doing this manually every day can be very time consuming and costly.
versaCase can receive the invoice, automatically merge the contents into a single PDF attachment and categorise the Case, automatically generate workflow tasks that get sent out to approvers, receive the response and re-categorise and assign the case appropriately and kick off automated emails back to the requestors and stakeholders of the outcome.
