Custom Publishing

Publish articles to everyone or only publish to specific Teams. Publishing Control allows for the creation of a tailored and secure Knowledge Base solution that has the right information available to the right people.

Search

the versaCase Knowledge Base allows for standard and full-text searching of articles giving the users search for key words and filter by category.

Customer Portal Access

Knowledge Base articles can be selectively published to the Customer Portal allowing contacts outside the versaCase user base to access specific information relevant to them.
