Contacts & Organisations

Add contacts and organisations to the CRM where they can be searched, tracked and managed. View or create documents, contracts and Cases against contacts and report on the data with ease.

Contact Auto-lookup

When a Case is created via email versaCase’s Case Management Software will match the email address against a known contact in the CRM and link the Case to their CRM profile automatically.

Contact Import / Integration

Import or sync contacts and/or organisations from external sources to automate CRM contact creation. For example a scheduled import can be setup to sync the versaCase CRM with Active Directly contacts in your organisation so that there is no double handling.

Contracts

Contracts can be created for CRM records which allow for various criteria and information to be captured. These can be setup with automated notifications for contract expiry.

Assets

Assets can be included and managed in versaCase as well as attached to CRM records. Assets can be added manually, imported or discovered on the network by the Asset Spider. Any user with a profile where Can Managed Assets is enabled can manage assets within the system.

Forms

Forms allow users to build customised Forms and apply them to the CRM in versaCase. Once a Form has been applied to a record it can be filled in and submitted. The data submitted by the Forms can reported on in the Reporting Dashboard.
